Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and credits are accepted up to 14 days after the item has been received. Please contact us to start the return process.
In the event of an exchange or return all shipping costs involved in the return of the item are covered by the customer Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Duties paid on international shipments are non-refundable.
The piece(s) must be in original unused condition, and all cards, and pouches must be included with your return. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
If your jewellery arrived damaged or you did not receive the correct piece, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
Sale or discounted items are non returnable/eligible for exchange.
